BAKERIKA BY JEED'S STORY

จุดเริ่มต้น เล็ก ๆ ของเรา / How we started

       เริ่มจากคุณแม่เป็นคนทำอาหารอร่อย เลยไม่อยากให้สูตรอาหารสูญหาย ประกอบกับชอบดูรายการสอนทำขนม ทำอาหาร ชอบจดเทคนิคต่าง ๆ เพราะคิดเสมอว่าการทำอาหาร ทำขนม เป็นศิลปะชั้นสูงแขนงหนึ่ง ซึ่งต้องใช้ฝีมือและฝึกฝนพอสมควร ก็เริ่มจดสูตร คุณแม่ และไปหัดเรียน ทำอาหาร ทำขนม ตอนมีเวลาว่าง พอมีพื้นฐาน ก็หาประสบการณ์จากอินเตอร์เนท หัดทำ ลองผิด ลองถูก และก็ได้เพื่อน ๆ นี่แหล่ะ ที่ตกเป็นเหยื่อในการชิม ทำไปทำมา จนเพื่อน ๆ บอกว่า ให้ทำขาย ก็เลยลองดู และ BAKERIKA BY JEED ก็เริ่ม ตั้งแต่บัดนั้นเป็นต้นมา 

       หวังว่าทุกท่านคงชอบขนมของเรา ซึ่งเน้นวัตถุดิบชั้นดี คุณภาพเยี่ยม แบบจัดเต็มทุกขั้นตอน ไม่ใช่เนยเทียม ไม่ใส่น้ำตาลฟอกขาว คุณแม่บอกว่า เวลาทำอาหาร ต้องจัดเต็ม เพราะเราทำกินเอง ต้องให้อร่อยและสะอาด Bakery For U ก็เช่นกัน ใช้หลักเหมือนทำทานเองที่บ้าน จึงวางใจได้เรื่องคุณภาพ และ ราคา

       Thanks to my mom who was very good in cooking and since I don't want her recipe lost with her, so I started wrote down all her techniques. Together with my personally interested watching cooking and baking program on TV, like Matha Stewart, Ina Garten and so on, so I decided to took some baking and cooking class when I had a leisure time. 

        Another thanks to all my friends who being my victim to taste all my bakeries and eventually, they cheer me up to put my talent in commercial, that's where love at first bite begin.

         I hope you all like our bakeries, all ingredients are superb and selected. No shortening and bleached sugar used in our process. My mom said, we did our best with excellent ingredients as we cook it for ourselves. So the same as Bakery For U, you can rest assure about the quality. So, Enjoy.
